Do you want to be part of the journey to further improve cancer investigations and lead times in Norrbotten? We are now offering a project employment as a Standardized Care Pathway Coordinator (SVF) focusing on urological cancers.
We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant with experience in Cosmic. It is an advantage if you have knowledge as a medical administrator or as an SVF coordinator. We would also like you to have experience from surgical care or urological care.

As an SVF coordinator, you will work together with all professional categories at the clinic. You will be an important link for patients coming for cancer investigations with us. Your tasks will include:
- Receiving marked SVF referrals that meet the criteria for standardized care pathways after assessment
- Scheduling examination times in accordance with SVF and ensuring that lead times are maintained as well as that the examinations included in the care pathways are conducted
- Ensuring that results from examinations and tests are available at, for example, medical visits
- Ensuring that the patient receives information about their examination times and their investigation process
- Referring the patient further to, for example, a contact nurse or doctor when there is a need for medical information, support, or there are questions regarding care
- Ensuring active handovers, within the framework of their assignment within SVF, to other healthcare providers, across regional borders, and informing the patient about this
- Registering and following lead times for care pathways

We are now offering a fixed-term full-time position for 1 year with good chances of a permanent position. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday - Friday. Start date according to agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
